Maintenance personnel should pass regular inspections to check whether the cabinets and motors are abnormally hot, whether there are abnormal sounds or smells, whether the pressure gauge indicates normal, whether there is leakage in each pipeline and joint, and whether the lubrication is in good condition Etc., take active measures to prevent failures and accidents, and solve them in time if any abnormalities are found.

4. The correct use of automation equipment is the key to reducing equipment failures and prolonging service life. It occupies a very important position in preventive maintenance.

According to statistics, one-third of the failures of automation equipment are caused by humans, and general maintenance (such as oil injection, cleaning, inspection, etc.) is carried out by the operator.
